Samsung is gearing up to launch its stylish Galaxy S25 Edge on May 13, 2025, with a live YouTube event. This new phone, teased as the thinnest in the Galaxy S lineup, aims to combine elegance with impressive tech.

The Galaxy S25 Edge will boast a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 12GB of RAM, and storage choices of 256GB or 512 GB. Its camera system features a 200-megapixel primary sensor and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, ideal for vibrant photos, though it skips a specialized zoom lens.

Running on One UI 7 with Android 15, the phone is set to receive seven years of updates. Its 3,900mAh battery supports its slim profile, but the compact design may cap battery capacity. Full specs, including the phone’s precise size and cost, will be revealed at the event.

Rumors point to a starting price of about $1,049 for the 256GB version, placing it between the Galaxy S25 Plus and Ultra models. Pre-orders should open shortly after the announcement, with sales likely starting in South Korea and China by May 23, followed by markets like the US and India around May 30. Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge emphasizes a sleek, premium look paired with advanced AI capabilities, making it a standout in the company’s 2025 offerings.
