Tesla will launch a subscription service for its fully automated driving software suite in next 3-4 months

Tesla will release a subscription service for its completely automated driving (FSD) software suite in the next 3-4 months. Musk just updated the FSD situation on Twitter.

Musk stated in his reply: ‘FSD beta build V8.1 can safely drive the car, take me around without my intervention. The next version will make even greater changes on this basis. Tes La is addressing an important area in real-world artificial intelligence, but this is not widely known.

He also wrote that after the completion of the V9 version, FSD will give a wider range of users with an experience worldwide. If everything goes well, Musk said, maybe next month can be achieved.

In the fall of 2020, FSD will meet with Tesla users on a limited scale. Over the next few months, the beta version of FSD gradually became available to more drivers. In January of this year, Musk also said that Tesla will launch Level 5 self-driving car technology before the end of 2021.

Some of the main functions of FSD include Autopilot navigation, automatic lane change, automatic parking, call function, FSD computer, signal light and stop sign control.

Tesla also intends to finally achieve fully autonomous driving with the FSD program, but the company has skipped tickets many times in terms of fully automated driving, and even if the company implements this function, the specific launch and deployment will need to wait for regulatory approval.
