Android 12: How to find downloaded files

Are you confused about how you can find all your downloaded files on your Android smartphone? if yes, then you can easily manage your downloads to sort out and save extra storage space through Android’s File Manager.

Android smartphone comes with a pre-installed File Manager. For example, Samsung has My Files, Xiaomi has File Manager, OnePlus have File Manager, and more. Whereas, you can also install Files by Google and numerous third-party file managers from the Google Play Store itself.


Android’s File Manager gathers all your photos, videos, images, and documents all in one place. and you can easily find out the things you have downloaded in File Manager. It completely depends on the app you are using, File Manager can also be located at the top of the app page, in the other categories section, or in the three horizontal lines icon.

How to find downloaded files?

  1. Go to the Settings menu on your Android smartphone
  2. Open the Mobile’s file manager, or you can download it from Google Play Store
  3. Open the File Manager App
  4. Tap on the Downloads option
  5. Here, you will see a list of all your downloaded files, videos, photos, documents, and other downloaded data.
