Samsung Soundbar tops Global sales for 11 straight years

Samsung Soundbar

Samsung has hit a big win again, grabbing the number one spot in worldwide soundbar sales for the 11th year in a row. According to FutureSource, a company that studies markets, Samsung owned 20.1% of the soundbar market’s value and 18.4% of the units sold in 2024. This has kept them as the leader in this field since 2014.

What makes Samsung stand out? Their soundbars are top-notch. The HW-Q990D, launched last year, is a fan favorite. It’s loved for its amazing sound, a cool Q Symphony feature that works smoothly with Samsung TVs, and how simple it is to set up. Big names in the media agree. Newsweek raved about the HW-Q990D, calling it the best for surround sound and giving it their Editor’s Choice award.

Another model, the HW-S800D, also got high praise. Techlicious, a popular American tech site, named it their Editor’s Choice, too. They loved its sleek look and the way it blended style with awesome sound. Samsung isn’t slowing down. They’re already working on new soundbars with even better sound, smart AI tricks, and features to match what different people want. The goal? To stay on top of the global market.

Lee Heon, a Vice President at Samsung Electronics in the Visual Display Business Division, shared his thoughts:

“This comes from our hard work to give customers a surround sound experience that pulls them in. With 11 years at number one, we’re not stopping. We’ll keep bringing out products with great sound and easy use moving forward.” Samsung’s focus on quality and fresh ideas keeps them ahead, and fans can’t wait to see what’s next.
