According to the latest report, Transcend announced the launch of up to 1TB JetDrive Lite 330 expansion card for 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models. Moreover, the Transcend JetDrive Lite 330 expansion card is made of NAND flash memory and can be connected to the MacBook Pro through the SD card slot, which can be flush with the side of the laptop.

In terms of performance, this expansion card can provide read and write speeds of up to 95MB/s and 75MB/s. Officially, the storage space provided by this expansion card can be used as a photo library or music library.
Transcend says the JetDrive Lite expansion card comes with a five-year limited warranty and is manufactured with advanced COB (chip on board) technology, making it resistant to water, dust, and shock.
In addition to the 2021 MacBook Pro models, the JetDrive Lite 330 also supports the 13-inch Retina MacBook Pro (Late 2012-Early 2015 models). In terms of price, the 1TB capacity expansion card starts at $250.
