  • Find and choose the apps and tap Allow notification to enable notification
HOW TO CUSTOMIZE NOTIFICATION:
  • First, enable the app notification
  • Then from notification app settings, select an app
  • After selecting an app, tap Default

After that, you can customize the below option:

There are two notification styles: lock screen and banner. After the lock screen is enabled, notifications will be displayed on the lock screen. After enabling banner ads, notifications will be displayed at the top of the unlock screen in the form of banner ads.

2. Set a specific notification sound

Click on the sound option, and then select an available sound from the list. In addition, you can select a song saved on your phone by tapping the music on your device or select “Mute” to mute it.

3. Enable Allow interruptions

After permission is interrupted, you will also receive notifications from this app when “Do Not Disturb” is enabled.

4. Enable Gentle notifications

After enabling soft notifications, notifications from the application will be muted and only displayed in the notification panel.

IF NOT RECEIVING PROPER NOTIFICATION:

1. Ensure your phone’s sound has not been muted:

To check if the phone is in silent mode, swipe down from the status bar. Make sure the phone is in sound or vibration mode.

2. Enable Allow notifications:

3. Disable Do Not Disturb:

“Do Not Disturb” may be enabled on your device. When this mode is enabled, calls and notifications will be turned off. Enter “Settings”, “Search” and “Do Not Disturb”; if it is enabled, turn it off.

4. Clear data:

If you still cannot receive the notification even after following the steps above, it may be due to data abnormalities. Try to clear the data.
