Here are ways to get news updates and weather forecast automatically on Android phone

Your smartphone can automatically read the news and weather forecast for you? Android provides a convenient feature that can use your Google Assistant with Clock to provide you with detailed information about news, calendar entries, and weather forecasts. You only need to set an alarm clock and add daily tasks.

How to get news updates and weather forecast automatically [Android]:

You no longer need to manually check the latest news, calendar events, weather information, or reminders, your Google Clock app will do this for you. First, you need to download the Clock app stocked by Google in case your smartphone manufacturer’s own clock does not support this feature.

Download the Google Clock app from the Google Play store.

Step 1: After downloading, launch the Google Clock app on Android and set the alarm. To set an alarm, click the big “+” button at the bottom and select a time.

Step 2: After setting the alarm, find the general Google Assistant option under the tab.

You will see a new screen showing the routines in the Assistant, and you can choose which routines you want to keep during the wake-up alarm. When you clear the alarm, this routine will do the following by default.

  • Tell me about the weather
  • Tell me about today’s calendar
  • Tell me today’s reminders
  • Play the news

If you want to add an action or command, click Add Action.

Step 3: If you want to allow Google Assistant to tell you about the day from the lock screen, click Save on the next screen, and then click Allow.

Now you can use the routine of the Google Assistant, once you wake up and turn off or turn off the alarm, the smartphone will read the news and weather and what you choose to keep in the routine.

If you don’t want it, you can delete the Google Assistant routine from the alarm clock by clicking the “-” symbol in the “clock”.
