AMD AGESA 1.2.0.2 microcode released to solve the problem of USB disconnection

AMD AGESA 1.2.0.2 microcode was officially released recently, and board manufacturers such as ASUS and GIGABYTE also released new BIOS firmware updates. The most important update of the new firmware is to solve the USB disconnection problem of AMD 500 series chipsets.

ASUS ROG announced the news on Twitter and stated that the BIOS update for all AMD 500 series motherboards has been launched. Moreover, AMD 500 series motherboards had a large number of USB sound card pops, USB mice, and VR head-mounted displays disconnected. AMD officially acknowledged this problem and said that a new version of the microcode will be released to fix it.

In addition, ASUS Z390 and Z370 series motherboards are also about to launch new features, which officially support the PCIe Resiable BAR feature, which can turn on the video memory smart access function, allowing the CPU to access all video memory, and improve game performance.
