Microsoft has confirmed that it is investigating the screen flickering problem of Surface Book 3. The problem started to appear after the autumn software update was launched last year.
In the official Microsoft forum, there are user feedbacks that sometimes the screen of Surface Book 3 will flicker and turn black for a second or two before returning to normal.
385 users clicked on the question ‘I have the same problem’. According to reports, some Surface Book 2 also has this problem, and there is no solution yet.
