According to Samsung’s official news, Samsung Display will launch more than 10 OLED displays for notebook computers in 2021 to enter the notebook market.
Samsung Display launched the world’s first UHD (Ultra High Definition) OLED display for notebook computers. At the end of 2020, Samsung launched a 13.3-inch FHD (Full High Definition) OLED display for the first time.
In February of this year, Samsung Display will begin to invest in 15.6-inch OLED displays with the same resolution to enter the notebook computer mass consumer market.
Officials said that the notebook OLED display introduced this time not only covers different sizes from 13.3 inches to 16 inches but also has more diverse performance and specifications. Samsung Display predicts that the sales of notebook OLED displays will increase by more than 5 times year-on-year in 2020.
