Samsung Wallet

Samsung Wallet, a key feature for many Galaxy users, isn’t available everywhere just yet. However, Samsung is expanding its reach to make more people happy.

In a recent announcement, Samsung shared that starting February 7, the Wallet app will be available in three new European countries. This expansion coincides with the official sale start of the Galaxy S25 series, which ends its pre-order phase on the same day.

The countries getting Samsung Wallet are Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, known together as Benelux. If you’re in this area and own a Galaxy S25, you’ll soon enjoy the perks of Samsung Wallet. You can use it to keep digital keys, tickets, and boarding passes. Plus, with Samsung Pass, you can securely store your passwords and login details.

Samsung Wallet will first be available on Galaxy phones with One UI 7, starting with the Galaxy S25. Over time, as older models get updated to One UI 7, more users will be able to use Wallet. The Wallet’s digital car key feature supports a range of vehicles, including the Volvo EX90, Polestar 3, newer Mini Cooper and Countryman models, KIA EV9, Hyundai KONA, and several BMW and Audi cars.

Samsung has also teamed up with KLM/Air France, so you can store your boarding passes and manage your Flying Blue Miles directly in the Wallet app. Regarding security, Samsung Wallet is protected by Samsung Knox, offering fingerprint authentication and data encryption for peace of mind. This expansion is a big step towards making Samsung Wallet a staple feature for Galaxy users across Europe, enhancing convenience and security in everyday digital life.
