Instagram has several interesting elements including the new Notes feature. It enables users to post quick details, announcements, or their favorite songs to their Close Friends or followers. Just like the stories, the uploaded note will disappear in 24 hours.
Further, you can write a note of up to 60 characters in length. Users will not get any notification about Notes. Although they would be able to see it as soon as they slide into the DM (Direct Message) section.
How to use the Instagram Notes feature?
- First, update Instagram to its latest version
- In the Direct Message section, you will notice a new Notes tab at the top
- To create a new note, tap on the + sign
- Type in your message or add your favorite song
- Select with whom you want to share it
- Click on the Share button
