This feature is quite useful as it saves you from the stress of searching for the chat on the search bar or scrolling throughout the app. Besides, you can pin any chat including the group ones as per your requirements.
How to use the pin chat feature in WhatsApp?
- Open WhatsApp on your Android phone
- Select the chat you want to pin at the top of the conversation window
- Tap and hold the chat
- Click on the Pin icon at the top menu bar
For iOS devices, users can swipe right on any chat they want to pin and then click on the Pin icon.
