Acer launched the VG272U W monitor

 Acer launched the VG272U W monitor. The monitor is priced at $352, and the pre-sale price is $295. It is expected to start shipping on September 28.

The Acer VG272UW monitor uses a 27-inch screen with 2K resolution, a screen ratio of 16:9, and a screen brightness of 400 nits. Via the DP interface, the Acer VG272UW monitor supports a native 240Hz refresh rate, which reduces screen stutter and blur. Via the HDMI interface, the Acer VG272U W monitor supports a native 144Hz refresh rate. The Acer VG272UW monitor is equipped with a fast-IPS LCD panel with a response time of 1ms (GTG).


The Acer VG272U W Monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium Display Frequency Conversion technology, which allows the monitor to synchronize screen refresh with the GPU, effectively solving the problem of game screen lag, stutter, and tearing. The Acer VG272UW monitor supports 95% DCI-P3 color space, 8bit color depth, 16.7 colors, 1000:1 static contrast and is DisplayHDR 400 certified.

The Acer VG272UW monitor features a narrow bezel design and a claw-type base for multi-screen splicing. The Acer VG272UW Monitor is equipped with LED Panel Backlight Technology, Bottom Dimming Bottom Highlight Technology, and Comfy View Reflection Reduction Technology to reduce the damage caused by the screen to the eyes.

 Acer VG272U W monitor has 2 built-in 2W speakers, which can be tilted from -5° to 20°. In terms of interfaces, the Acer VG272U W monitor has 1 DP1.4 interface, 2 HDMI interfaces, 2 SPK 2W interfaces, and an audio output interface.
