To celebrate the grand opening, Apple shared a short video and made a special wallpaper available for download for iPhonesiPad, and Mac. In a recent “Tabletops” newsletter about Apple retail, Michael Steeber said the video and wallpaper were inspired by a traditional Korean art style known as “Chaekgeori.”

Moreover, the “Today at Apple” class will be held at Apple Myeongdong and will feature safety measures such as mandatory mask-wearing, physical distancing, and temperature checks.

The courses allow customers to use Apple products and accessories, such as iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Pencil, to learn skills related to photography, art, design, video, coding, music, and more, and can be booked for free through Apple’s website.

The Apple Store in Myeongdong will be Apple’s 518th retail store operating globally and its third Apple Store location in South Korea.
