Sony Xperia 5 III and Xperia 1 III has been upgraded to the Android 12 system, and now the company’s mid-range phones will soon be upgraded to the system. Sony said in its latest Instagram post that the Xperia 10 II and 10 III will soon receive Android 12.

Earlier this month, Sony pushed the Android 12 stable version update for the 2020 Xperia 5 II flagship, and it is expected that the update will also be pushed to some Sony mid-range models this month.
It is worth noting that the Xperia 10 II is an entry-level model 2 years ago, pre-installed with the Android 10 operating system, and its ability to upgrade to the Android 12 system is commendable. However, there is no word on whether the Xperia 10 III Lite will be able to upgrade the Android 12 system.
