The Health app helps you to gather your health data from your iPhone, Apple Watch, and apps that you already use, so you can monitor your health progress.
The Health app automatically counts your steps, walking, and running distances from your iPhone, but if you have an Apple Watch, then it will automatically track your activity data. You can also enter information into a Health category or get data from any of your favorite apps or devices that are compatible with Health.
How to add information about your health:
Step1: Open the Health app and tap the Browse tab.
Step2: Tap a category, like Activity.
Step3: Tap a subcategory, like Steps.
Step4: Tap Add Data in the upper-right corner.
Step5: Enter the date, time, and data for that activity.
Step6: When you’re finished, tap Add.
