How to change Web Server port used by mobile device manager plus?

When the port details are changed on the server, all the enrolled mobile devices get unmanaged. You must re-enroll all the devices you want to manage after the port is changed. As the management of mobile devices would get affected until then, it is recommended not to change the server port number.

By default, the Mobile Device Manager Plus server uses HTTP port 9020 or HTTPS port 9383 to complete the following tasks:

  • Enable agent-server communication
  • Access the Web client

This port is chosen during the installation of the Mobile Device Manager Plus server. You can change the port number after installation if required.
