LG Wing gets more than half price cut in India, available at 29,999 INR

LG recently announced the imminent closure of its smartphone division, and today it became known that the unique smartphone-rotator LG Wing has fallen in price by more than half in India.

The base model of the device with 8/128 GB of memory was presented in this country at a price of $ 940, and tomorrow the device will be sold on the Flipkart site at a price of only $ 400. In addition to the one-year warranty, the company will provide LG Wing customers with five years of service.

In a recently released statement, LG said the company will provide Android updates for its premium phones released in 2019 or later. Consequently, the G, V, Velvet, and Wing series are guaranteed to receive Android updates within three years. LG Wing came out with Android 10, meaning it should get Android 11, 12, and 13.

The LG Wing features a 6.8-inch, 2460 x 1080-pixel P-OLED rotating display.  The second screen has a diagonal of 3.9 inches with a resolution of 1240 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is built on the basis of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G 5G SoC, which is complemented by 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of flash memory.

The main camera is equipped with image sensors with a resolution of 64, 12, and 13 megapixels. The front camera has a resolution of 32 megapixels.
