February 2021 security update is rolling out for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 in the US

After the beginning of this month, Samsung started to release security updates for the latest Snapdragon-powered Note phone in the United States. Now the company is rolling out February 2021 security update for Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra users.

Late last month, Samsung has begun to bring the latest security updates to Galaxy S20 series devices in Europe. However, it is not surprising for Sammy Fans to release updated security updates earlier than other companies, because the company follows this habit every month.

As mentioned above, the update is currently being gradually available in the United States, including the US unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra.

It may take some time to hit all Galaxy Note 20 in the country. We can expect that this update will soon exceed the US restrictions for the international version of Galaxy Note 20 phones.

It is worth mentioning that Google has not released newer Android security patches to Pixel phones running on ordinary Android. Even Samsung has not released details of this month’s security update and its revisions.

Update Version:

  • Build (Galaxy 20)– N981U1UES1CUA1
  • Build (Galaxy 20 Ultra)-N986U1UES1CUA1

For now, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 or Note 20 Ultra owners have to jump their device Settings, select the Software updates section, and finally tap on the Download and install option to get the latest security update installed.
