Huawei plans to create 110 new jobs in Ireland, by the end of 2022

By the end of 2022, Huawei is to create 110 new jobs in Ireland and thinks to invest US$80 million in local R&D activities.

The new positions involve multiple business areas like sales, R&D, and IT development. Huawei announced these jobs will be mainly located in the Dublin headquarters and Cork and Athlone.

In the past 15 months, the company has added 200 jobs in Ireland and now has a full of 480 employees.

Huawei said that the new investment was made including the support of continued demand for the company’s products and services.
