Samsung’s new One UI 8 update brings AI image creation to your keyboard
One UI 8 is on the way, and Samsung is introducing some exciting new features to Galaxy phones. Among the most thrilling ones is an AI tool that allows you to generate images by simply typing what you wish to view using your Samsung keyboard.
After this update, you will not have to open a different application to create AI images. Rather, you may open your Samsung keyboard, write a description, and AI will convert your text into an image. The technology behind this feature is Samsung Galaxy AI, which is already familiar with assisting in tasks such as photo editing and translation of languages.
The new text-to-image tool will allow sharing distinctive images in your messages, social media posts, or notes with much ease. I.e. when you have an idea of a fun picture you want to send to a friend, you simply type out what you are thinking and the AI generates it in seconds.
This feature is being contributed by Samsung to assist users to be more creative and save time. It will work on a lot of Galaxy phones that will receive the One UI 8 update, although the full list of compatible devices will be announced later.
In general, it seems that One UI 8 will be a major update, as Galaxy phones will become wiser and more entertaining to interact with, thanks to AI.
