Galaxy A55 starts getting One UI 7 update in more countries
The Galaxy A55 is now getting the update to One UI 7 based on Android 15 in various countries. After releasing it in South Korea, the firm is now making the update available to European countries and more parts of the world.
Users of Galaxy A55 in Germany and the UK are now receiving the One UI 7 update. With the A556BXXU3BXDA version installed, the phone offers the main features of Android 15 as well as updates from One UI. The download size for the update is about 2.6GB and includes the most recent security updates.
You can check for the update manually if your Galaxy A55 is activated in a supported place. Go to the Settings menu » Swipe down to Software update » Press Download and install.
One UI 7 has new capabilities, new animation effects and greater control over how apps and notifications function. In addition, it updates privacy settings and lets users tweak the app more freely. Experts believe that One UI 7 will also be released for other Samsung mid-range phones in the coming weeks.
