Samsung reveals One UI 7 launch date

After a long wait, Samsung has shared exciting news about the One UI 7 update. The company is ready to bring the stable version to popular devices like the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Z Fold 6. The update will begin rolling out in the first week of April 2025 and continue over the next few weeks.
One UI 7 Hits Devices in Early April
In a recent blog post, Samsung confirmed that the Android 15-powered One UI 7 will be available on the Galaxy S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, Z Flip 6, and Z Fold 6 starting April 7, 2025.
Soon after, other devices will get the update too. These include:
- Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra
- Galaxy S24 FE
- Galaxy Z Flip 5, Z Fold 5
- Galaxy Tab S9, S9+, S9 Ultra
- Galaxy Tab S10+, S10 Ultra
Many of these gadgets have already tried the One UI 7 beta in some countries. Others might see it soon before the full version arrives. Samsung promises that One UI 7 is designed with AI in mind, making it feel fresh and easy to use. The company describes it as having a “clean, bold, and heartfelt look.”
You’ll notice a simpler home screen, smoother effects when moving between apps, and updated widgets for both the home and lock screens, plus a handy Now Bar. The update also packs new Galaxy AI tools like AI Select, Audio Eraser, Drawing Assist, and Writing Assist. There’s even a smart search feature in the Settings app that understands everyday language.
