Samsung’s One UI 7: New look and features for all phones

One UI 7

Samsung is set to launch One UI 7, bringing a new feature called the Now Bar, along with design improvements and more ways to personalize your phone. This update will be available on all Samsung phones, even the budget-friendly ones.

Recently, images of the promotional materials for the Galaxy A06 5G, which might cost about $150, were leaked. These images show that One UI 7 will include the Now Bar, a fresh design, and options for customization. The experience of One UI 7 might vary a bit depending on the phone’s hardware, but the good news is that every Samsung phone will get this stylish update, new tools, and the handy Now Bar.

  • Now Bar: This is a new part of One UI 7 that makes your phone smarter. It gives you quick access to your favorite apps, functions, and tools right from your phone’s lock screen, helping you get things done faster.
  • Customizable Quick Settings: One UI 7 offers a new way to access settings with just one swipe from the top-right corner of your screen. This feature takes some inspiration from iOS but adds Samsung’s unique flavor. Unlike the previous version, One UI 6, this one lets you customize more.
  • Better Notification Panel: The notification area in One UI 7 is easier to use with smoother movements and quicker access to settings. It looks cleaner and lets you adjust the settings to fit your needs, making using your phone a breeze.

One UI 7 Release Date:

Samsung hasn’t announced when One UI 7 will start rolling out, but whispers suggest it might begin in late April or early May. At first, it will likely be available on the premium and foldable models, with other devices getting the update soon after. Once the rollout starts, Samsung will quickly expand the update to more devices, ensuring all Galaxy users can enjoy the new One UI 7, which runs on Android 15.
