Instagram now has another interesting feature namely Favorites Feed which boosts the app experience for users. When enabled, posts from some selected accounts such as your best friends or your beloved celebrity will appear higher in the feed.
How does the Instagram Favorites Feed work?
Initially, you need to pick some members from a suggested list. To access the list, follow the steps given below.
- Launch the Instagram app on your phone
- Go to your Profile section
- Tap on the three-line icon at the top right corner
- Select the last option – Favorites
From here, you can confirm the suggested favorites. These favorites show up based on your activity in the application. You can even search for accounts as per your requirements. Thereafter, new posts from your favorites will appear at the top of your Instagram feed, so that you don’t miss out.
Don’t worry as your favorites will not receive any notifications related to this subject. You can add or remove these members at any time at your convenience.
