Samsung may use only Exynos chips in Galaxy Z Flip 7, leaving Snapdragon behind

Samsung could also do a massive shift with its next Galaxy Z Flip7. Samsung might change the process of equipping its new foldable phone with chips and install only its Exynos chip instead of both the Snapdragon and Exynos, as happened in previous models. It would be a very courageous step because most are accustomed to using Snapdragon chips in the finest phones of Samsung.
This potential change is prompted by the fact that Samsung would like to depend more on its technology. With the use of Exynos alone, Samsung will be able to exert more control over the functionality of the phone, and further, they may be able to produce the phone at a lesser price. This would enable Samsung to fix the performance of the Galaxy Z Flip7 and battery life as the company would be able to program hardware and software to suit each other in a better manner.
Some users may, however, be concerned with this change. Historically, Exynos chips have not always been regarded as powerful as Snapdragon ones, particularly when it comes to intensive tasks, such as gaming. Samsung will have to demonstrate that the new Exynos chip will be at least as good as Snapdragon and hopefully better than that.
All in all, by using nothing but Exynos in the Galaxy Z Flip7, Samsung may end up integrating it better and potentially reducing prices, yet it has to show that it can reverse the situation by making its chip as good or superior to the competition.
