New ways to handle alarms in One UI 8 and what’s next for beta sign-ups in the US
To Samsung users who rely on their phone’s alarm, some nice updates are coming in One UI 8. You will now have simpler and different options to use with the set alarms in the Clock app. You can adjust your alarms and add new ones using only a few steps. With the new update, all your alarms are now shown together for simpler access.
If you’re looking forward to using One UI 8 early, chances are you’ve heard information about the beta program. The beta sign-ups in the US are currently complete, so you can’t add your name yet. Usually, Samsung tries out new updates with a group of users to see how things run before making them available for all.
If you didn’t manage to get one this time, don’t feel bad. More spots tend to open up on Samsung later. Watch for announcements that tell you when you can sign up early for future updates. Put simply, with One UI 8, useful changes have been added to alarms and although we do not see the beta spreading in the US right now, we hope to see more chances to test it soon.
