Samsung reveals new One UI 7 update schedule for June

Samsung is preparing to try out its major new software, One UI 7, which is built on Android 15. Recently, the company updated its Samsung community page, indicating it would begin the beta program in June 2025.
Doing things as usual, the upcoming One UI 7 beta will most likely begin by rolling out on the Galaxy S24 smartphones. Android 15 will be put in their hands so they can try out what’s new before everyone else gets it. Even though Samsung hasn’t said exactly when the update will come, testing for Android 13 has begun this June.
After the beta has launched, South Korea is expected to experience the launch first, with the US, Germany, India and other countries following after. Most of the time, Samsung begins releasing its flagship phones first and then continues with other varieties of models. In the next phases, devices such as the Galaxy S23, Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 could also be included.
According to rumors, One UI 7 will bring more privacy settings, new design elements and better speed. Android 15 offers users tighter control over battery life, selects more secure permission settings for apps and could also bring satellite messaging.
The stable version of Android 15, from Google, is on schedule for release later this year. A couple of months after Google releases a stable version of Android, Samsung usually does the same with One UI. Provided the tests are successful, Galaxy users could receive One UI 7 later this year. For now, there’s no way to get the beta unless Samsung provides a link in the coming weeks.
