Samsung’s new privacy boost and powerful chip may arrive with Galaxy Z Flip 7

One UI 8

Some exciting enhancements are planned for the Galaxy Z Flip 7, which will be available soon. For one, the Exynos 2500 processor could be the biggest change. While its original release was planned for the Galaxy S25, production problems could push back its usage in that phone. For this reason, we might see Samsung use the Exynos 2500 chip in the Galaxy Z Flip 7 for the first time. Samsung has built the chip using its advanced 3nm process, which could improve its speed and consume less power.

At the same time, Samsung is making privacy improvements in its software. The One UI 8 update, due out soon, will give us a much better Secure Folder. With this, people can secure their personal information and documents from other people on the system. Users will now have more secure choices thanks to the inclusion of one-time passwords (OTP) and improved passcode settings in the updated app. So, private data becomes harder for people to access without your authorization.

This year, enthusiasm for phones with One UI 8 is rising, and testing will start on Galaxy S24 series devices in August 2025. The release will expand to cover new models, with the Galaxy Z Flip 7 one of them. Samsung is uniting strong hardware and useful privacy features in its future products. Plans are for the Galaxy Z Flip 7 to stand out with the Exynos 2500 chip and stronger security features coming with One UI 8.
