Samsung releases new One UI Home update and confirms Gemini AI for Galaxy Watches and Buds

Samsung has rolled out a new update for its One UI Home app, bringing version 15.0.09.5 to more Galaxy phones running One UI 7. This update is now available through the Galaxy Store and comes with general improvements for better performance. While it doesn’t list specific changes, these updates often include smoother animations, faster app launches, and small fixes to enhance user experience. The update package is about 22.6MB in size and is gradually reaching more eligible Galaxy devices.
In other news, Samsung has officially announced that Google’s Gemini AI will be coming to the Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Buds in the future. This expansion will build on the Gemini AI already available on Galaxy smartphones, including the Galaxy S24 and newer foldables. Samsung and Google are working together to bring more smart features to Samsung’s wearables, improving how users interact with their devices.
With Gemini coming to Galaxy Watches, users may soon see smart suggestions, faster replies, or health insights powered by AI. On Galaxy Buds, the AI might help with things like real-time translation or intelligent noise control.
Samsung hasn’t given an exact release date yet, but we can expect more details during the Galaxy Unpacked event in July, where the company is also expected to reveal new foldable phones and accessories. In short, Samsung is continuing to improve its software and services by adding helpful AI tools and keeping its apps updated for a better overall experience.
