Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge could have super strong glass

Samsung’s new leak suggests the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will sport a sleek titanium frame and a tough new glass called Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2. This upgraded glass, stronger than its version introduced last month, promises better protection for the phone.
The Galaxy S25 Edge is rumored to be ultra-thin at 5.8mm and lightweight at 163 grams, perfect for easy handling. Powered by a fast Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the phone may also feature a 200MP camera for crisp, vibrant photos.
Samsung has been teasing this stylish device, with whispers pointing to a possible unveiling on May 13 and a worldwide launch by May 30. The leak, shared by reliable tipster Evan Blass, appears to come from official promo materials, making the rumors more believable.
This new Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 is exciting, especially since the first version hasn’t even hit phones yet. It’s not clear how it compares to the Gorilla Armor 2 on the Galaxy S25 Ultra or the Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the S25 Plus. The S25 Edge might carry a premium price, similar to the Ultra model.
