Galaxy S23 FE and S22 start getting One UI 7 update

One UI 7

Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 7 update based on Android 15 for Galaxy S23 FE and Galaxy S22 series users. This big update brings new features, better performance, and a smoother user experience.

For Galaxy S23 FE users, the One UI 7 update is currently available in South Korea. The firmware version is S711NKSU2CXDC and it includes the April 2025 security patch. Samsung plans to expand this update to more countries soon, so if you don’t see it yet, it should arrive shortly.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy S22 series — including Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra — has also started receiving the Android 15-based One UI 7 update. It is currently rolling out in Europe, with firmware versions S901BXXU8EXDC, S906BXXU8EXDC, and S908BXXU8EXDC for the respective models. Like the S23 FE, the S22 lineup also gets the latest April 2025 security improvements.

One UI 7 introduces a fresh design, new lock screen features, faster app opening speeds, better privacy controls, and many small but helpful changes. Samsung is focusing on making the phone experience smoother and safer for users. If you own a Galaxy S23 FE or Galaxy S22 device, you can check for the update by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
