Galaxy S23 series gets One UI 7 update in the US

One UI 7

Samsung has started rolling out the Android 15-based One UI 7 update for Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra users in the United States. This update, which arrived earlier than expected, brings a fresh look and new features to these popular smartphones.

The One UI 7 update offers a smoother and more modern experience. It includes redesigned icons, improved animations, and a cleaner interface to make using the phone easier and more enjoyable. New tools like the Now Bar help with multitasking, while upgraded Galaxy AI features make tasks like photo editing and note-taking smarter and faster. The update also comes with the April 2025 security patch to keep devices safe.

For those who were part of the One UI 7 beta program, the update is smaller, around 1GB. For others, it’s a larger download, about 5GB, so make sure you have enough storage and a strong Wi-Fi connection. To check for the update, go to Settings, then Software Update, and tap Download and Install.

Samsung’s quick rollout in the USA follows its launch in South Korea, showing the company’s focus on bringing the latest software to its users. More devices, like the Galaxy S24 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 series, are expected to get One UI 7 soon. If you own a Galaxy S23, now’s the time to update and explore the new features!
