One UI 8 brings a fresh look to Samsung Weather app

Samsung is getting ready to release One UI 8 later this year, and one of the apps getting a new design is the Samsung Weather app. This update will bring a simpler and more modern look to make the app easier to use.
A screenshot shared by tipster @BenGeskin shows what the new Weather app might look like. The layout has been changed to focus more on the current weather, with larger text and a cleaner design. Important details like temperature, air quality, and rain chances are now easier to read at a glance.
The updated app also puts more focus on visual elements. You’ll notice big, colorful icons and a tidy layout that shows the weather by the hour and day. It still offers extra details like wind speed and humidity, but these are organized in a way that’s simpler to understand.
Right now, this new Weather app is still being tested inside Samsung, and it’s expected to be part of the One UI 8 update, which will be based on Android 15. Users might see this new design first in the One UI 8 beta program before it rolls out to everyone later this year.
This redesign is part of Samsung’s bigger goal to make One UI smoother, more helpful, and more user-friendly.
Samsung’s new weather app looks very interesting. Thank you @Feruzbek_101 for sharing the original apk. This is an .apk that should be able to be installed on any device: https://t.co/n8B4s0xeU1#Samsung #OneUI #OneUI8 pic.twitter.com/7VOBzryefi
