Sneak peek at Samsung’s new Galaxy A series phones for 2025

Samsung is gearing up to release their new Galaxy A series phones for 2025, featuring the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A26. Before they hit the market, leaks have given us a glimpse into what these devices might look like.
Images shared by the well-known leaker @MysteryLupin on social media show off the sleek designs and vibrant colors of the A56, A36, and A26. All three models sport a stylish camera setup with a circular ring around the lenses, providing a modern look. However, they do come with slightly thicker bezels around the screen compared to some competitors.
These phones will run on Samsung’s One UI 7.0, with promises of six major software updates. Both the A56 and A36 models are set to be tough, boasting an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance.
Galaxy A56
@evleaks recently posted a GIF showcasing the Galaxy A56 in various colors, emphasizing its brushed aluminum frame and prominent camera bump. Rumors suggest it might feature a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 5MP macro camera, alongside a 12MP front camera. It’s expected to have a 5000mAh battery with 45W fast charging, powered by an Exynos 1580 chip with 8GB RAM and running on Android 15.
Galaxy A36
The Galaxy A36 looks quite appealing with its unique color options. It’s rumored to be a bit shorter and wider than last year’s model but thinner. This phone might use either a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 or Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, stepping away from previous Exynos or MediaTek chips. It will likely feature a 6.6-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 50MP main camera, 12MP front camera, and the same 5000mAh battery.
Galaxy A26
The A26 seems to stick with the notch display and larger bottom bezel from its predecessor, the A25. It’s expected to be powered by the Exynos 1280 chip, maintaining a similar design and functionality.
These new models from Samsung’s A series are expected to launch soon, so keep your eyes peeled for more updates on these exciting new devices.
