Samsung One UI 7 Beta 4 coming soon for Galaxy S24

One UI 7

Samsung is getting ready to send out the One UI 7 Beta 4 update to the Galaxy S24 series. After some quiet time, a new test version has popped up on Samsung’s software server, backing up the news about a coming Beta 4 update.

The Galaxy S24 phones might see one more Beta update, labeled as Beta 4. A test version with the code ending ZYB4 has been spotted in the database, hinting that those in the Beta program could soon get this new update.

The third Beta update came out on January 6, 2025. Since then, Samsung has just said that “the Beta Program is still going.” Now, it looks like the fourth Beta update is on its way.

This new update shows that there’s still some work to do before the final version is ready. Before the stable release, people in the Beta program are likely to get a smoother, possibly final, version of the software. One thing to look forward to in Beta 4 is fixing the problem where the screen looks too yellow. Some users noticed this issue with the color settings in Natural mode.

In the last month, Samsung has been focused on the new Galaxy S25 series. They had their big Unpacked event on January 22, and sales began on February 7. Amid all this, they were also busy managing pre-orders and getting ready for the sales rush.

Now, Samsung’s software team is turning back to refine the update for the older models. The Beta Program is only for the S24 phones, and there won’t be any new models added to this program until the stable version is out.
