Microsoft has a new Outlook app for Windows 11, which will download an exciting range of features with improved functionalities. To those unaware, this application enables users to enter information into the calendar that can be easily synced with different devices.

It further helps in managing your email messages, contacts, and tasks and integrates deeply with Office apps, files, and teams to power your productivity and collaboration. In terms of features, it has seamless iCloud integration, Web app enhancements, RSVP functions for meetings, efficient management, and more.

How to download the new Outlook app on Windows 11?

  1. Turn on the toggle Try the new Outlook in the Outlook app
  2. From the Success window, select Switch. This will close the current version of Outlook and New Outlook will sign you in automatically.
  3. Click Next to accept the privacy settings.
  4. Select an option about sending optional data, and then select Accept.
  5. Review the privacy info and then select Continue.
  6. Select Import Settings to bring over your settings from classic Outlook.

Another way to download the new version is Microsoft Store. Here search for the app and click on the Get option. Once finished, select Open.
