Windows 11 has various interesting tools including the pin a website feature. As the term suggests, you can staple an important, or your favorite site on the taskbar to visit it frequently and save your time from constantly searching it in the browser.

Eventually, pinned sites allow you to always keep your prominent websites just a click away from you. They appear small without taking much space on the taskbar and can’t be closed accidentally.

How to use ‘pin a website’ feature on Windows 11?

It is easy to pin your favorite website on the taskbar. All you need is a reliable browser, say Google Chrome, and follow these steps:

• Open Chrome on your PC
• Go to a website that you want to pin on the taskbar
• Click on the three dots icon at the top right corner
• Choose the More options
• Select the Create Shortcut tab > tick the box next to Open as Window and click on Create.

And it’s done! The shortcut for your chosen website will appear automatically on the taskbar.
