April 2023 security patch now live for Samsung Galaxy F23 5G, M42 5G and M30s

May month has begun and the Korean tech firm has started seeding the devices with the latest advancements. On the flip side, Samsung is also rolling out the April 2023 Android security patch for the remaining Galaxy models including the Galaxy F23 5G, Galaxy M42 5G, and Galaxy M30s.

According to the information, the owners of Samsung Galaxy F23 5G, Galaxy M42 5G, and Galaxy M30s are collecting the April 2023 security patch with One UI build version E236BXXU3CWD1, M426BXXU5DWD1 and M307FXXS4CWC2 respectively. Also, the update is currently live in India.

The latest software update will improve the core mechanism of the system and make them more reliable for comprehensive use. Simultaneously, the firmware will also patch some common glitches and issues of the system and protect the device from harmful threats and viruses for a seamless user experience.

Other than these, there is nothing that the latest update carries for your Galaxy devices, but we suggest upgrading the phone to the latest version. Also, before moving towards the installation process, make sure to keep the backup of your data, your device must be charged above 30% and maintain proper storage.

Notably, it’s an initial rollout so it may take some time to cover all the eligible units in the country. Thus, if you reside in India, and operating any of the mentioned devices, then you can check for the latest update manually by following some simple steps.
