Xiaomi Community MIUI Announcement released the 596th week of the release announcement and update log, which shows that Xiaomi Mi 13 Ultra is expected to release the development version on May 19, 2023.

In addition, from April 21, 2023 (today), the development version of the following models will be discontinued:

“Redmi K40 Pro, Redmi K40 Pro+, Redmi K40, Mi 10S, Mi 11 Youth Edition, Redmi K40 Gaming Plus, Redmi Note 10 Pro.”

According to the plan, the release of the development version will continue on April 28, the release of the development version will be suspended on May 5, and the release of the development version will resume on May 12.

The Mi 13 Ultra mobile phone will release MIUI 14 development version on May 19, and the Redmi K40 series/Mi 10S will stop developing the version from today.

The Mi 10S was released in March 2021, equipped with the Snapdragon 870 chip; the Redmi K40 mobile phone was released in February 2021, equipped with the Snapdragon 870 chip, and the Redmi K40 Pro was equipped with the Snapdragon 888 chip.

Previously, Xiaomi announced that starting from MIUI based on Android 13, MIUI will focus on the “development version” and “official version”.
