Intel’s 13th-generation Core 65W model i9-13900′ running score appears on Geekbench

Intel’s 13th-generation Core 65W model i9-13900 appeared on Geekbench, with the same specifications as the i9-13900K, with 24 cores and 32 threads. As shown in the figure above, the i9-13900 is 24 cores and 32 threads, that is, 8 large cores + 16 small cores, up to 5.3GHz, 8MB L2 cache, and 36MB L3 cache. For comparison, the current i9-12900 has 8 large cores + 8 small cores, with a turbo frequency of 5.1GHz.

Moreover, Intel is expected to release the 13th generation Core desktop processors and the new 700 series motherboards from September to October. The 13th-generation Core will have more core counts and L2/L3 caches, add DDR5-5600 memory support, and also support DDR4-3200 memory.

The 13th generation Core flagship K series broke the news as follows:

  • i9-13900K: 8 large cores + 16 small cores, turbo up to 5.8 GHz

  • i7-13700K: 8 big cores + 8 small cores, turbo up to 5.4 GHz

  • i5-13600K: 6 large cores + 8 small cores, turbo up to 5.1 GHz

In addition, it is reported that the i3-13100 to i5-13600 models are the best models of the 12th-generation Core.
