Today, the blogger Digital Chat Station broke the news that Vivo is about to release MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ to mid-range models, which is the only model so far that uses Dimensity 9000+ chips in mid-range products. Combined with previous revelations, the new mid-range product equipped with Dimensity 9000+ is the iQOO Neo series.
As we all know, Dimensity 9000+ is the strongest mobile phone chip under MediaTek, which is used to benchmark Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+. It is reported that the Dimensity 9000+ adopts TSMC’s 4nm process, the super-core Cortex-X2 frequency is increased to 3.2GHz, and is equipped with three 2.85GHz Cortex-A710 cores and four Cortex-A510 cores, and the GPU is Arm Mali-G710 MC10. CPU performance increased by 5%, and GPU performance increased by 10%.
In terms of running points, the Dimensity 9000+ CPU has more than 1,300 points for single-core and more than 4,300 points for multi-core. With the Dimensity 9000+, the new iQOO Neo series will have the strongest CPU performance at the same price.
More importantly, with reference to the starting price of iQOO Neo6 at USD 415, the starting price of the new iQOO Neo series equipped with Dimensity 9000+ is expected to be less than USD 444, which is very competitive in the same gear.
