At the press conference, developer Crystal Dynamics confirmed that a new Tomb Raider game (expected to be Tomb Raider 12) is in development and will be built using Unreal 5. CD Projekt RED’s next The Witcher game (expected to be The Witcher 4) will also switch from its own REDEngine to Unreal 5.
