According to the latest report, Qualcomm Technologies today launched a new smart camera IoT solution – Qualcomm QCS7230, expanding the product portfolio of Qualcomm’s visual intelligence platform, promoting enterprise security prevention and control, and public safety digital transformation.

Officials said that the new solution will bring excellent edge AI inference, using real-time edge computing, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and analysis to improve security and operational efficiency, making cities, enterprises, and various scenarios safer and more efficient get better protection.
Moreover, the solution will accelerate the development of edge AI services, providing enterprises and entities with the technical elements needed to deploy smart cameras and smart IoT endpoints to support video collaboration, access control, enterprise, and home security, 360-degree cameras, dash cams, and wearable cameras.
Furthermore, Qualcomm QCS7230 adopts a 7nm process, is equipped with Kryo 585 CPU and Adreno 650 GPU, and supports LPDDR5 memory.
