What is Bixby?

Bixby is a user interface that helps you use your device more conveniently. Bixby is a virtual assistant that learns, evolves, and adapts to you. It learns your routines, helps you set up reminders based on time and location, and is built into your favorite apps. You can talk to Bixby or type text. Bixby will launch a function you request or show the information you want.

How to set up voice wake up in Bixby:

You can start a conversation with Bixby by saying “Hi, Bixby”. But before that, you have to register your voice so that Bixby will respond to your voice when you say “Hi, Bixby”

Step 1: To register your voice launch the Bixby app on your Samsung Galaxy S22 series smartphone.

Step 2: In the Bixby, tap the More options button and then tap Settings to go to Bixby’s settings menu.

Step 3: Inside the Settings menu tap Voice wake-up.

Step 4: After that tap the Wake with the “Hi, Bixby” button to activate it. Also, tap the Recognise voice button to activate it.

Step 5: Then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. After completing the setup you can say “Hi, Bixby” and start a conversation.
