What is the Note app?

How to show lines or grids in Notes:
Step 1: Open the Notes app, then on an existing Note.
Step 2: Tap the Note Actions button,
Step 3: Then tap Lines & Grids, then choose a style.
Step 4: Choose the default style for all new notes: Go to Settings > Notes > Lines & Grids.
