If you are using your headphones with your iPhone then you can easily check whether the audio level is OK for your hearing or not by viewing the Hearing control in Control Center or by reviewing your history of headphone listening habits in the health app.
How to view Hearing control in Control Center:
Step1: Go to Settings.
Step2: Control Center, then add Hearing.
Step3: Connect your headphones, then play audio.
Step4: Open Control Center, then tap the Hearing Devices button.
The audio level (in decibels) of your headphones is displayed on the Headphone Level meter.
