“Find My” is an app and service provided by Apple Inc. to find lost devices. This feature allows you to connect your iOS devices so that you can find them in case they got lost.
The Find My app combines Find My iPhone and Find My Friends into a single app in the latest versions of iOS, iPad, and macOS.
To share your location you have to make sure that Share My Location is turned on. So you can share your location with friends, family, and contacts from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch or locate others with Find My.
How to respond to a location-sharing request in Find My:
Step1: Tap People at the bottom of the screen.
Step2: Tap Share below the name of the friend who sent the request and chooses how long you want to share your location.
Step3: If you don’t want to share your location, tap Cancel.
