How to use sleeping respiratory rate tracking on Apple Watch?

With watchOS 8, all compatible Apple Watches will also be able to track your sleep respiratory rate. Your sleep respiratory rate is essentially the number of breaths per minute while you sleep. When your body needs more oxygen, such as during exercise, this number is usually higher, and when you are resting, especially when you are sleeping, this number is lower.
